I hate nightmares. I used to get lots when I was younger. Now I sleep much better. Good to know that less stress has helped.

I've only had 1 violent nightmare since I've been using a cpap machine.

Did you injure yourself when you hit the wall?

I use to sleepwalk as a kid, and a few times as a teen...but it's been like 20+ years now.

I have had nightmare almost never in all my life. The only exception was when i newly started to take stimulants. Now i don't have nightmares regardless of i take or not take stimulants. In fact i don't have any dream most of nights.

Born in 1989. Treated for major depression and anxiety since 21 yo.
Tried almost all of SSRI's (none of them worked)
Predominantly inattentive adhd, diagnosed in 2018.
Started with ritalin (worked only for two weeks)
Also tried wellbutrin and strattera
Now: ritalin and medikinet
For about three years local corticosteroid pomades for atopic dermatitis.
