And thank you for the reminder on the fish oil. I just decided to start that but I keep it in the freezer so it's going to be hard to make that routine. I'll try a note by the coffee pot I guess.
When I was 42 my doctor told me I was "too young" to be in perimenopause.
I was fully menopausal by the age of 49.

Why keep the fish oil in the freezer?

I hate losing things! I still haven't found my watch and it's been half a year...is it gone? Probably, but my favorite ring was missing once and I found it more than half a year later. The thing about ADHD is that non-ADHD people can't imagine how very different our minds are. I grew up seeing only through ADHD filters and lived most of life not even comprehending what it would be like to be at all "normal" (non-ADHD). Is ADHD my "normal" then?
Yeah, people with "normal" brains think "Oh, I lose my keys now and then" or
"I forget what I was going to do next sometimes." They have no idea what it's
like when you can't keep track of anything every single day of your life.

Keeping it in the freezer eliminates "fish burps". I advise people to do it so I never considered not doing it, though I can't say I've ever experienced a fish burp!

I've been taking it for 15 years and never had a fishy burp. Good thing because
I would never remember to take it if I kept it in the freezer.

The trajectory this thread has taken has somehow reminded me to take it 3 days in a row!
