Re: The what's bothering you RIGHT NOW thread Part V

I am not a woah is me type of person but seriously, the sh*t I have had to go through this year is almost too much! Between Becca leaving, coming back and rehab- to Ella and her intense depression and anxiety and now Jake, how much is one person supposed to take? I am pretty good with the positive attitude in general but its getting really tough to maintain. I am not asking for a crystal ball to see the future but maybe a little psychic hope would be nice. I am spiritually(not religiously) grounded and do all the deep breathing and manifesting stuff but I just feel like a dead horse that keeps getting kicked in the as* anyway. I appreciate all the thoughts and prayers but they only go so far. I am waiting for fate or destiny or Karma to step in and give me a thumbs up or something.....

Damn it...I can't shake this. It's been 3 or 4 nights in a row now...my heart starts racing super fast and I feel a lot of angst at night when I try to go to bed...and it's driving me nuts!

I can't sleep, and I'm suppose to go do stuff here in 3 hours. I may skip out on it today.

And yeah...I took it...and 15-20 minutes later I was feeling a whole heck of a lot better than I have all day...then before I knew it, I was getting some stuff done I've been putting off for the last few days and my grogginess has all but cleared up.

I love adderall. But I don't like feeling so reliant on it...and I wonder if I'm not a bit addicted to it?
I wouldn't say I'm addicted to my eyeglasses.

But I'm sure as can be that if they got broken I wouldn't want to do much of
anything, because I couldn't see to do anything. Yes, I'm reliant on my glasses.
First thing I reach for every morning.

It takes several days of being without the fish oil capsules before I find I'm too
groggy to know what I'm doing. Yes, I'm reliant on my fish oil capsules.

Addiction is a whole different thing imo.

Maybe you should talk to the pill lady, could be your meds aren't doing a good
job of balancing the bipolar?

Re: The what's bothering you RIGHT NOW thread Part V

I wish I knew how to take a screen shot.
The weather map looks so pretty, but it hurts my head so bad.

There's a big blue swirl of snow from the great lakes down into western Kansas,
swooping down towards the southern border. Just west of Wichita it turns green
and swirls back up to the north. Cold front and warm front battling it out.

And my poor head caught in the middle of the battle.

I think you have shared that you have tried melatonin correct? Have you heard of Valerian root? I joke that its nature's xanax. It comes in capsules and smells disgusting-like dirty feet but it really chills me out. Not meant for sleep per se but if you have any anxiety about not sleeping or something else I believe it helps.

Yep, it was Bill Bixby as David Banner and Lou Ferrigno was the Hulk. I loved that show back in the day. Lou was huge!
