Adhd assessment in Cornwall

Hello all
A friend of mine displays traits of innatentive ADD. Being an enormous procrastinator he'll never get help on his own!
He lives near Launceston, does anyone have any information about local support and assessment for adult adhd?

I did read some reviews about some of the mental health services in Cornwall and a number of them were quite negative. Hopefully someone can highlight something positive!

Many thanks

Jamie

Is Cornwall a part of the UK or Austrailia?
