How long does XR last on you?
I ended up back on Adderall recently--going better this time. What I wanted to know is about how many hours you get on Adderall firing on all cylinders. I've been getting a little less than 7.

I don't. I think it must be my insane metabolism. I don't seem to get anything from a 30mg XR. I feel jittery if I take two 30mg XRs but don't get much therapeutic benefit. A dose of IR lasts a little over three hours.

i get about 4 hours from 20mg taken 3x a day
