I don't feel tierd I just don't want to burn out one day.

I see my doctor on the 28th of april should I ask for sleeping pills more powerfull ones or go off the XR and try the IR pills.

What sleeping pill? You should try Restoril™ (temazepam). Don't let them give you Ambien® it can have dangerous side effects like doing crazy s**t in your sleep.

The sleeping pills are Imovain 7.5 they are very mild but do nothing to help sleeping and I have taken 2 at a time and nothing.

Thanks

This is not sold in the United States, although its stereoisomer is under the brand name Lunesta (according to Wikipedia).

Again, I'd say try Restoril (temazepam).
