Can't be sure for a short time

I have already always have memory problems such as remembering names (not faces) of peoples who i didn't see for long time.
But recently i have realized an another problem. I wonder if i could remember correct or not after i said something to someone. It lasts less than 1 second. I feel the word as strange for me. I feel as if i heard the word for the first time even for the words i had already knew well. Sometimes i can't remember at all, but generally i can remember correct but i can't be sure. I experience this about 10-15 times in a day.
Is there anyone like me?. Is there a special name for this situation?
Sory, my English is not good enough, so i couldn't explain fully. Please feel free if you couldn't understand. I will try to explain.

Re: Can't be sure for a short time

Yes, I've had that happen. Maybe not as often as it does for you.
There may be a name for it, but it's not something I've read about.

I've always had trouble remembering people's names, turns out it's because
I don't remember their faces unless I'm in the right setting. That does have
a name, facial blindness, or prosopagnosia. Once I didn't recognize my own
granddaughter when her dad dropped her off from their weekend and she had
to walk across the parking lot instead of him pulling up next to me. Wow!
