A book I liked a lot that helped me both with killing negative thoughts (or trying to), and just learning more information was “Change Your Brain, Change Your Life” (the revised and expanded edition) by Dr Daniel Amen. I know he’s controversial in general and a lot of people on these forums specifically think he’s a quack but I seriously learned a lot from the book and very much enjoyed it. I’ve bought supplements at Wayne and Mary’s (a nutrition store here) and will be trying them soon! From what I’ve read from others who bought supplements they really work and you will notice a difference which I think is great...
