Possible cause (as in not the only one) for "ADHD"?

The problems he mentions from the early childhood experiences, trouble concentrating and regulating emotions, sounds similar to the effects of ADHD. Can they be related?

Really? Maybe if one was to spank kids in their prefrontal cortex or something.

LAMO agreed . . . .. I do not think prudent use of the board of education applied sparingly to the seat of reasoning is harmful In some cases it may actually be beneficial as long as the application is done using correct technique. I damn sure don't think it is the cause of my ADHD considering I was hyper in utero

People blame all sorts of crap for ADD symptoms I am unsure why genetics as a probable cause is so hard for some to believe.

Re: Possible cause (as in not the only one) for "ADHD"?

The 'H' in ADHD is so spontaneous -when i pushed hard (after my three hour session of diagnosis) my shrink confessed that she knew I had ADHD with a stress on the 'H' within five minutes of meeting me.

I'm like: Oh, erm, and how did you come upon this realisation??? considering i have a first in my degree, a good job, a happy life, and no comorbidity?

and shes like steely confident and smiling going: 'because the pace of your conversation is so erratic, your conversation so rapidly changeable and the LOUD PITCH of the changes in the sound of your voice, signifies high physical hyperactivity.'

Im like, 'lol. erm, 'Masiltov!!!' are you jewish? or catholic? i like your chair, can i go now????'
