Heightened anxiety at night?

Does anyone else get so anxious when it's dark that they can't go outside?

I realise that I've become like that and my concern is I'll make Ebony's fears worse.

I'm hopefully going back into therapy soon, be getting a phone call back from the mental health support charity about what they think will help me therapy wise.

Will I become a boomerang? In and out of therapy for the rest of my life?

Re: Heightened anxiety at night?

Those are excellent questions to ask your therapist.

Re: Heightened anxiety at night?

I always feel anxious when i woke up at the morning
I really dont know the reason , after half an hour i feel normal but i always feel anxious after waking up.
Medicines dont help about this situation so i just get used to it.
