Adults with ADD (section)?

Is the “Adults with ADD” discussion section here at ADDForums, for adults with predominantly inattentive presentation, adults with combined presentation and adults with predominantly hyperactive/impulsive presentation?

Re: Adults with ADD (section)?

The "Adults with ADD" section contains several sub-sections.

Any member may post in any section of the forum (with the exception of the private forums).

General ADD Talk is for discussion of topics that are of general interest to adults with ADHD, and that don't fit better in another section (like Diagnosis, Eduction, Relationships, Careers, Medication, Science, etc.)

Since we don't currently have a dedicated section for people whose ADHD presents with hyperactivity and impulsivity,* questions specific to those topics can go in General ADD Talk as well (if they don't fit better in another section, like Medication or Open Science & Philosophy).

Topics that pertain only to "SCT" and/or predominantly inattentive presentations of ADHD -- when they are not of broader interest, or when the OP notes that they want to focus only on inattentive presentations -- sometimes fit well in the Inattentive section.

Members are discouraged from cross-posting to multiple sections because it gets confusing. Similarly, starting multiple threads on the same topic clutters the forum and should be avoided.
