Behaviorist with ADHD

Hi Everyone,

My name Is Markus (28) Im A Behaviorist for Children on the Spectrum and i was diagnosed with ADHD when i was about 7 years of age.

I was on ritalin until about 5th grade then I switched to adderall
until up to my sophomore year in high school.

& have been off medication since and have maintained A balanced diet with working out several days a week that seems to help me.

I know others views may be different and thats okay. I hope to learn from others and share my knowledge & experiences of how i manage my Adhd on a daily basis.

Re: Behaviorist with ADHD

What is a behaviorist? Does that mean you do ABA?
