Learning disability or working memory deficiency or slug. cogn. tempo?

I generally have lack of motivation to start to do what i have to do (studying,reading etc.).
Even if i can find motivation, I usually need to read every sentence again and again. And i can't remember most of what i read. I really want to read, study and i struggle too much but i can't.
I also have difficulties about,
* motor coordination
* time management
* attention
* organizational skills
* processing speed
* Social skills needed to make friends and maintaining relationships
* emotional maturation
* verbal expression
* memory
I wasn't diagnosed as ld or sct. May i have ld or sct?
What are differences between learning disabilities, sct, working memory deficiency? How these could be distinguished?
