I hate nightmares. I used to get lots when I was younger. Now I sleep much better. Good to know that less stress has helped.

I've only had 1 violent nightmare since I've been using a cpap machine.

Did you injure yourself when you hit the wall?

I use to sleepwalk as a kid, and a few times as a teen...but it's been like 20+ years now.
