Any bullet journal users?

I am pretty new to it.

Curious how useful people it for managing an ADHD life.

Also, can you share some spreads/tools you use in the bullet journal to help track ADHD symptoms and productivity?

Re: Any bullet journal users?

I haven't tried it, but my psychologist brought it up last week.

Just looking at the example journal she showed me, I found it overwhelming -- cross-referenced lists and indices! To-do lists! Calendars! Meal planning pages!

...But she claims it works very well for some people. She also said that there are some very good (~10-minute) YouTube videos out there that walk you through setting one up.

Have you started yours already, or are you just thinking about starting one?
