right lower pelvic pain

Trying to keep a long story short...

I just had my second surgery for scar tissue removal around my colon and finally since 3 1/2 years I was painfree for 3 days, until today and I took my normal 20mg adderall and the frigging pain came back....
Ive been running from doctor to doctor (19 doctors and specialists to be exact) now since years, trying to figure out the cause of my pain and after waking up from my second surgery without the pain I felt like I was in heaven... I'm freaking out right now. I thought my nightmare is over

Today I realized that i didnt take my adderral on the day of surgery and not for the 2 days post OP. Today I took it and the pain is back... Coincedence? Also I started about 3 1/2 years ago on adderall and thats when they pain started, however I never added 2 and 2 together until today, when I saw that was the first time I logged into this forum.
I do have twitching of toes and feet, always had it when taking Adderall but it never bothered me enough, is it possible that it does the same to my colon and thats the cause of pain?

I had colonoscopy and everything and every single test done was negative, so the scar tissue removal was my last chance of something wrong with my body, other than that there is nothing else in the lower right quadrant, my ovaries are out.

Of course now Im even further in my thought process that the massive scar tissue was actually caused by the adderall due to maybe colon spasm?

Anybody out there, that has issues? Thank you so much

Re: right lower pelvic pain

Could it be that you're more aware of the pain when you medicate?

Stimulants can help one become more aware of their bodies.

I have had sciatica for 10 years. It came and went only when I thought about it. When I started my adhd treatment I have become more "in tune" with my body. I notice the stress my body feels when I'm agitated or when I've worked it too hard.

If you're seeing a psych I recommend a guided mindfull body scan. Guided audio scans can be found on the net as well.

If you have already explored conventional options what have you got to lose.
