Is there a simple way to follow certain threads?

The threads I posted comments, for example.
Right now I go to my profile, click on statistics, and view my all posted comments.
Is there a way to quickly check if there was any activity in those threads since last time?
Thank you.

Click on "User CP" - left corner of blue bar - that will show you if there are any responses to threads you have subscribed to.

You might have to change your settings to auto subscribe you to threads you post to:

Go to user CP, click on "Edit Options" in the left sidebar and look for "Default Thread Subscription Mode" and pick one of the e-mail options (either none or various frequencies).

Also, you can subscribe to threads without posting to them by clicking on the "Thread Tools" button right on top of the first post in a thread and selecting subscribe
