Am i on correct dose?

So, I feel asif i can focus, But i just haven't got the motive to stick to the same thing for long enough, I get bored of it to easliy and give up, I can focus on it perfectly fine, But i just haven't got the motive or anything to stick to it long enough..

Hospital gave me 126mg concerta under professionals watch (Due to hospital emergancy) today i take my normal dose, feel it kicking in a tiny bit but just then completely feel like i haven't even took my medication

I don't believe methylphenidate is meant to give motivation effect. You've developed a tolerance to the recreational effects (motivation, euphoria are recreational effects that wear off with time.)

I know what effect your talking about. But this effect was different, This was like, Sticking to a project and stay focused to it, I never use to give up on stuff i found a challange, But now after that 126mg i feel asif that feeling has gone, So i'm basically still getting distracted and lack motive since hospital gave me 126mg but before hand i was able to focus on something for ages even if it was a challange to do.

The motive your talking about made me want to do EVERYTHING and get it done within minutes, this motive feeling was completely different to the stimulant physical effect

Re: Am i on correct dose?

It sounds like the treatment in hospital was very recent, yes?

From what I've read, it will take time for your body to re-adjust
to the normal dose.

Give it a few days and see if it improves.

Almost 48 hours ago. Tests showed i had really low dopamine levels, They gave me 2x 54 & 2x 36 mg.
I wasn't even overstimulant, It felt asif i took 90mg..
I had mild eup feeling and motive, Little head rush, last about 7-8 hours
So shall i just give it a couple days and see how it goes?

How did they measure dopamine? Like in a urine sample? Blood? Brain scan?

If the hospital went to those lengths to test you, did they tell you what their advice/conclusions were?

The motivation that makes you want to do everything and quickly is what's called the "honeymoon" period I felt the same for the first 3 days on amphetamine, but with time you don't feel this effect anymore. The only way to reproduce this effect is by taking larger doses (which leads to addiction, drug abuse, harm and more tolerance etc...) or by taking 1 or 2 weeks off. Don't try to chase that feeling again.

Sorry just seen, Erm not sure what tests, I had mulit tests done they didn't really say what tests come back with low dopamine levels

Yes, They wanted me to stay in longer for treatment but i discharged myself, Now i'v got appointment every 2 days at the hospital for tests with dopamine levels to see if these levels have increased. With my past abuse (200mg) they wasn't happy for me to go home, But they came up with a deal with me as i give them my tablets and they only.give me enough supply to last every two days while.i visit my appointments.

I can't remember much, I couldn't exactly focus on what they was saying to me, I had major mood swings, no motor skills and other symptoms i had, I think thats how they diagnose it.

They've gave me week treatment of
Vitamin D,*magnesium, and*omega-3

Please take good care of yourself! That means listening to whatever your treatment team tells you. In your own words, you describe not being in a sound state of mind. Your treatment team is here to help you.

Given your history of stimulant misuse, stimulant-induced psychosis, multiple stimulant-related hospitalizations, tendencies to go against the medical advice of your treatment team, etc...I'm surprised that your treatment team is still okay with prescribing you the stimulants.

They seem extremely patient with you, but their patience won't last forever. So please do them (and yourself) a favor, and please follow their advice from now on.
