Question Teen with ADHD

Hi I have innatentive ADHD I get hyperactive trouble remembering things frustrated and feeling like punching something is this normal it feels normal to me but will I feel accepted in the mental health system and is it feels OK to talk about it I'm scared of losing it plus I lose things thankyou for listening rubyroo xxx
