Exclamation Website With Free Help For Fellow ADHDers

I found this very helpful and free website that offers solutions to problems that people like ADHDers and those with co-existing medical problems suffer with. It is very informative with tips, assignments and videos. I just can't remember if we can post links on the www.addforums.com website. Does anybody know if I can post the link?

You can find that information in the Forum Guidelines at the top of the thread list on the front page. It says:

*Signatures and websites linked in signatures and posts must be family friendly and must not be blatant attempts to sell products or services. The Website linked in your signature must include a reciprocal link back to www.addforums.com.

No harm in sharing some of those tips though.

Re: Website With Free Help For Fellow ADHDers

I will copy and paste the description of what the site is about and some of their tips. One of their great programs is free help on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

It's not a flat-out "no." Send the link to one of the admins and see what the answer is.

Re: Website With Free Help For Fellow ADHDers

Thanks for your willingness to share a resource with us here. I appreciate that. I hope that you will follow up on this and send a note and the link to the Administrator, Andi would be the one you would send it to.

Thanks again for caring enough to want to contribute here !

I don't know what's going on, but I never heard back from the administrators about posting the link. Sorry everyone...

I can't see anywhere in the rules where it says you can't post links to websites? People do it all the time?

You can post links to websites as long as those websites do not violate the following from the guidelines:

Quote:
Signatures/ Weblinks/ Avatars

*No porn or foul language

*No offensive content (offensive is defined as anything that generates a complaint and can range from porn to preaching)

*No links to warez or illegal materials

*No links to any site for "points". No blind links to generate income.

*No links to other groups, forums or communities in signatures or posts, without the explicit written permission of a Site Admin.

*No links to viruses, fake viruses, or anything which could be of a violent nature to anyone’s PC

*Signatures and websites linked in signatures and posts must be family friendly and must not be blatant attempts to sell products or services. The Website linked in your signature must include a reciprocal link back to www.addforums.com.

** Links to personal blogs do not require a reciprocating link on the personal blog site. Links to all other blogs, including those connected to groups, forums or communities, are required to have a reciprocating link on the first page of the blog site. **

How about this... anyone interested in the link sends a private message to the poster, asking for the link.
