So recently I discovered that playing BeatSaber when I am having a hard time getting started for the day can be a big help. My routine so far is 10mg of Adderall, 30 mins of BeatSaber and my focus is good for several hours, even if there is lots of distractions such as the recent news cycle.

Are you talking beat saber the virtual reality game?
Cause yes, VR is just amazing and so beneficial for us imo.

Great for both exercise and mental health. Surprised it helps you for several hours. Thats pretty damn good.

Edit: I like tripp when tension/stress is high to call you down. Also, the blu just causes its gorgeous.

If anyone gets this, I recommend installing the mods for custom songs. Its so much more fun when you you are playing to your favorite songs.

That's awesome that that works for you. There are a couple of biofeedback/ non med interventions for ADHD that target the same sort of rhythm entrainment (Interactive Metronome comes to mind).

(As an aside, I'm pretty sure that I'd be unable to pry myself away from anything video game related in order to go and do what I need to do).
