Is microdosing bad?
I've read on a few reddit forums that microdosing adderall is bad and can lead to dopamine desensitization. Over the past two years my body has become very sensitive to adderall and I can barely take any or I get nasty side effects. Dizziness, headaches, nausea, etc. So I only take 2.5mg one to three times a day. Anybody have issues with taking a small dose?

I do not take small doses but I have absorption issues which means i have to take my xr 4 times a day.

This is kind of old. I plan to go no lower than 5mg. 3mg is considered an adult micro dose and I read this type of dose with amphetamines can cause some people to develop facial and body ticks. Not worth it to me but I haven’t actually seen a study on this.
