New Dude Here
Hello, don't know the forums very well yet but will do some reading and see what's up out here.. I am officially adhd as of tonight according to my family therapy counselor. I score pretty definite from what she says lol...

45 Year old, father of 2, married, at least for now...

ww kayaker, golfer, guitar player, ride motorcycles (street bikes), etc etc etc...

Familiar with general forum etiquette and will try not to break any rules lol

Look forward to learning about this stuff - thanks

I like to click on the "New Posts" button near the top on the menu. It shows the newest, active posts.

If you are looking for a certain topic, you can use the advanced search feature.
