You're kindof asking a lot there. I use Ambien and Klonopin and Zanaflex to sleep. So I have three strikes out. I asked my psych about buspar and was told that since I was use to the benzos (Ativan PRN as well) it wouldn't work for me very well. So I stayed on my benzos.

A lot of people like Tarazadone. Made me feel horribly hungover the next morning. If I didn't have the party, I don't want the hangover. It's not addictive. Some people use melatonin. I'd still recommend talking to your psychiatrist before using it even though it's OTC.

Re: an anti anxiety/panic medication I can pair with dexedrine a stimulant

If you're specifically looking for a medicine at night to help you relieve anxiety and fall asleep, the Z drugs (Ambien, Lunesta, Sonata) are often thought to be less likely than benzodiazepenes (Xanax, Klonopin, etc) to have dependence/addiction, but as Lyrin said, you're really asking for a lot there!

Trazodone and mirtazapine are also commonly prescribed sleep aids.
