Strattera in neurotypicals?

Atomoxetine is a noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor. But interestinly it made me more calm, sleepy. It increased my focusing abilty. I'm inattentive but also have some impulsivity symptoms and i feel that strattera reduced my impulsivity symptoms a little. Also most of strattera users with adhd feel like me.
To my knowledge norad. makes someone more aggressive, restless, sleepless. I don't understand why strattera does just opposite of these. My theory is that: we have lower norad. level than nt people. So strattera increases nor. level close to nt level, not higher than nt level.
How does strattera affect neurotypicals? Does it make them more aggressive? Is there any difference?
