Re: The what's bothering you RIGHT NOW thread Part VI

Ever get bad anxiety trying to start something? (Project.etc)

Or does it happen even more when you’re trying to finish something?

Yes. Well its bad enough to not let me work till the last minute anyway.

It's nearly always when starting and not when finishing for me.

By the time I'm finishing, the deadine is close at hand so my adhd symptoms actually decline.

I need to accept that the entire summer of entertainment has been cancelled.

I can absolutely relate. I often get bad anxiety having to start something. Especially, things that are really important, complicated, difficult or just plain boring. The more I get done and the closer I get to finishing, the more my anxiety subsides.

Re: The what's bothering you RIGHT NOW thread Part VI

I woke up yesterday with a terrible stomachache followed by a horrible headache a few hours later and both lasted all day. I was getting very concerned it was the start of the virus.

Stayed home today and feeling quite a bit better. No stomach issues and only a slight headache now.

Be cautious still of who you hang around and could spread something to just for added safety. It's probably nothing but my sisters symptom severity fluctuated substantially and changed to different symptoms over time.

Hope you feel completely better soon.

Re: The what's bothering you RIGHT NOW thread Part VI

Today i learned that i can do my internship physically, i will fly in 10 days, it isnt certain yet when will i begin but first 2 weeks i wilk spend my time alone in a room for quarantine, and i will have a covid test , then they will let me begin. I have to work 20 work-days , with weekends and offical holidays it is going to be little bit longer than a month.

It will be different experience for me , i am going to work first time in my life also those 2 weeks will feel like spending time in jail
Actually i could do my internships during next winter and summer but it would delay my graduation 1-2 months
But i can’t stand staying in this country 1 day more than needed, so it worths all discomfort
I will get out of this country after taking my diploma and once i m out of borders i m going to kiss soil

Re: The what's bothering you RIGHT NOW thread Part VI

These days , i find myself dreaming a lot about my future, things go the way that i want . I will start a new life in different countries, different places
It will be like a reborn
I think about lots of things , good exiciting things
But i realize one fact , i am alone in every version . Maybe i ignore that side , but i don’t know . I have been alone for long time and i m not willing to spend some effort for it
But also i feel bad about it when i realize . I am confused about it, i know that i am good at supressing negative emotions. My psycholog is also mentioning it
