There are also other stylish options:

Both my dad and my sister use CPAPs and have found them very helpful.

Okay, you try sleeping in those elephant ears!

But the giraffe "neck" is cute.

Re: Come on In If You're Online And Say Anything: Part III

Do any of you ever hear your cell phones...even though it's not actually ringing?

lol...it's happened before, but has been pretty bad the last few weeks. I keep hearing my phone ring really faintly...only when I check my phone, no one's called.
I don't think it's really ringing...I just think my mind's playing tricks on me. It's like in the very very back of my brain, I'm always waiting/anticipating a phone call. And for whatever reason it's causing me to hear the phantom ringing.

Anyone ever experience this? I'm kinda thinking this very well might be something a lot of people who have their phones with them constantly...might experience.

Auditory hallucinations.

We just talked about this on my migraine group a few days ago.
For us, it's one of the auras that can come with a migraine.
Olfactory hallucinations are more familiar (smelling smoke or perfume).

Auditory hallucinations I've had have been hearing someone call my name
or "mom", or hearing the doorbell, both pretty clearly. And hearing music
very faintly, only when lying down. I'd get up to see where the music was
coming from and could not hear it, but it was back as soon as I laid down.

My daughter thinks it may be related to pressure on a certain part of the
brain or ear.

I don't get headaches (thank goodness...I feel horrible for you that do )...but I do have a history of hearing things. Like you I've heard my name yelled out..or when I use to have really bad social anxiety (when I was so bad that I had a hard time even leaving my home) I'd sometimes hear my door being pounded/knocked on, or I'd hear people (men women and sometimes children) outside my window or door talking about me...only I couldn't understand them as it all because it was all nothing but mumbles.
I've seen things not there as well...as well as have felt things.

But these were all when I was unwell. Me and my therapist decided they stemmed from a lack f sleep..and I absolutely agree with that.

This feels different, there's nothing (not sure how to word it)...negative?...about this.

It happened again twice last night though. lol I could''ve swore I heard my phone make it's chime it makes when I miss a call. Only, yet again, when I checked the call log...no one had called.

For your own posts...
Click "User CP" at the top left of the screen (in the blue menu bar).
There will be a list right there, in reverse chronological order, of threads you've posted in that have received replies ("New Subscribed Threads").
(There's an age cutoff for that list, but you can see all the threads you've posted in by clicking "View all Subscribed Threads".)

You can also subscribe to threads (if you don't have anything to add, but want to follow the thread for replies) by clicking "Thread Tools" at the top right of any thread, and then choosing " Subscribe to this Thread"

If you want to receive e-mail anytime someone posts to a thread you follow, there's a setting in the User CP for that:
In the User CP, click "Edit Options".
Scroll down to "Messaging & Notification".
Where it says "Default Thread Subscription Mode", you can choose Daily, Weekly, or Instant Notification (or alternatively, you can choose no e-mails, or choose not to automatically subscribe to threads in which you've posted).
