Re: Gerbils

Aw! How friendly are they?

I love how calm and friendly rats can be. Mice seem to be a bit more skittish, and generally less friendly. I’ve always wondered how gerbils compare.

Gerbils are related to rats

Spice (the brown one having some food) is a nipper (or in other words she nips at hands), Sugar (the grey one) is very friendly, she's had to see the vet and go on medication though for a few days (she's had a chest infection)

I think there would be a problem if they were mice, but Willow isn't interested in things that squeak (she would like birdies though), Tigger there would be a problem if it was mice but she thinks twice about going after the gerbils though <3
