No Meds

Hello My Name Is Michelle. I Am 19 And I Have Been Diagnosed With Add Then Adhd At 7 Years Old. I Am On No Meds For It, But I Am Very Hyper. Especially At Work. How Do I Control It With No Meds?

This board is full of the ways people deal with their lives. Meds don't do it all so there are lots and lots of other things that help.

Everyone is different so I had to try on lots of different things to find what works. I find images are better than lists. I know I need at least a half hour of hard exercise four times a week to remain sharp and meditation is a very good thing.

I keep potatoes, rice, bread, pasta and sugar intake to a minimum. Best of all I listen to my friends here to learn what might help me more.. ;^)

The search function here helps me find what I'm looking for. You might try that to begin with if you have specific interests.
