Should I go to sleep?

As I type this, its been about...actually I don't know how many hours. I woke up at 11am yesterday fresh for the day and i'v been up ever since. Don't know why I did that, I don't usually pull all nighters(I love my sleep so I try to get as much as possible) but now im starting to get paranoid at the effects of not sleeping. Strange thing, is that im not really that tired. I can shut my eyes but nothing happens.

Im just so nervous that I will over sleep and be late for my shift at 4pm(I have like 3 alarm clocks including my phone right by my ear to wake me up). Im deciding if I should just try to get at least an hour(will be very hard) or just get up now and start getting ready for work. Hope this sounds coherent....it sure didn't sound like it in my head lol.

I've gone a full 50hrs awake (naturally, no meds) without suffering any negative effects.
You'll just have a very long "rebound" sleep when you finally do fall asleep.
So be careful if you do/did take that nap
