Low dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA) and ADHD?

A few months ago my doc did a blood test. Here are my test results:
Total testosterone: 26,12 nm/L (reference range: 4,94-32,1)
Dehydroepiandrosterone sulphate: 160ug/dL (reference:167,9-591,9)
Magnesium: 1,8mg/dL (reference:1,6-2,6)
According to the results my testosterone level seems quite normal but i don't feel so. To my knowledge free testosterone level is more important than total testosterone. But i didn't test it.
I found an article ( about DHEA and ADHD. According to the article
''Patients with ADHD had lower DHEA-S levels than male and female healthy control subjects, and no significant differences were observed in free testosterone and SHBG levels between the patients and the controls'' Also authors propose that DHEA-S serves as a potential biomarker of ADHD and is consistently involved in the pathogenesis of ADHD in both boys and girls.
Another study ( suggests that both methylphenidate and bupropion increase plasma levels of DHEA-S in boys with ADHD.
Did anyone of you test DHEA level?
What do you know about DHEA and how it could be increased in naturall ways?
