Gaba + 5htp
I found something natural to work for me. 300-500 mg of GABA as well as 100-300 mg of 5HTP make me yawn and feel a little knocked out. at lower doses it still helps me with relaxing so I can sleep better..
does get pricey though. I got the idea from Dream Water which really helps, except its expensive, and that consists of: melatonin, gaba, and 5HTP. Hope I helped someone ![]() oh also, I dont wake up groggy because i'm not sure at how long they last in your system. maybe only a few hours? great for naps! toodles |

how long did it take to start working? i have a super fast metabolism but have noticed that gaba relaxed me instantly!

I like GABA, and I would like to like 5HTP, but 5HTP seems to trigger migraines in me, so I have to stay away from it.

As i know,GABA supplements do not pass blood-brain barrier, their efficiency is not proved

Update on 5-HTP
