You're kindof asking a lot there. I use Ambien and Klonopin and Zanaflex to sleep. So I have three strikes out. I asked my psych about buspar and was told that since I was use to the benzos (Ativan PRN as well) it wouldn't work for me very well. So I stayed on my benzos.

A lot of people like Tarazadone. Made me feel horribly hungover the next morning. If I didn't have the party, I don't want the hangover. It's not addictive. Some people use melatonin. I'd still recommend talking to your psychiatrist before using it even though it's OTC.

If you're specifically looking for a medicine at night to help you relieve anxiety and fall asleep, the Z drugs (Ambien, Lunesta, Sonata) are often thought to be less likely than benzodiazepenes (Xanax, Klonopin, etc) to have dependence/addiction, but as Lyrin said, you're really asking for a lot there!

Trazodone and mirtazapine are also commonly prescribed sleep aids.

Re: an anti anxiety/panic medication I can pair with dexedrine a stimulant

I think I can help you here.

I am diagnosed with ADHD and GAD. And I currently use an SNRI together with Dexedrine IR and it works good, and works for many people who gets anxiety on their stimulant medications.

But how is it possible for you to only be taking 10mg per day after 4 weeks? thats hella low and children dont even respond to that properly.

To be fair, you are on such a low dose of Dexedrine that the anxiety might be you (or your ADHD) overthinking which increases the anxiety and this makes a bad circle.

I found that when I had to low of an dose of Dexedrine I would actually get more anxious because I would get to LITTLE stimulation to the dopamine.

This is my schedule TODAY, might change cause I have yet to find a good dosage.

60mg Duloxetine at 05.00.
10mg Dexedrine IR at 05.30
10mg Dexedrine IR at 08.10
7,5mg Dexedrine IR at 10.50
5mg Dexedrine IR at 13.30

And this only helpes me until 17-18.00 then I get some feelings of a "comedown" but it is manageable. I started over 1 month ago on 1x5mg Dexedrine IR at 3 times per day but that is not enough for an ADULT.

But its kinda hard to give you a good answer here because I dont really get that much information about you and your situation from your post.

/Dear, Echo123.
