Re: What kind of environment would you THRIVE in?

On a stage with a band, with music I have made.

With legal drugs to control life. Stims to clear the mind and downers to make me fall asleep at night. I'd love to have a taste of soma from Brave New World... These wouldn't be solutions to anything more than the practical stuff(focus and sleep), but on special occasions be used to enhance emotions.

Travel, travel, travel. That special feeling that I get when I travel is only matched by deep infatuation and playing music live.

I'd also love the feeling of having wings and flying. One of my most common dreams involve flying. Nothing matches that. The freedom, the thrill, the possibility to go anywhere! PLEASE INVENT SOME NEAT PERSONAL WINGS..... -.- I want.. neeed that.

Please invent personal wings somebody!

I'd also thrive if I had enough money to go anywhere, whenever I needed to, to experience the crazy wonders of nature, snowboard constantly for a couple of weeks until it bored me and have a paintball fight with strangers. And money could also pay for a nice massage at the end of every single day.

Re: What kind of environment would you THRIVE in?

From my sense of things, as well as feedback received from others, I think I would do well — and be personally fulfilled — as a nurse.

cheers,
Ian

Self-employed. Definitely self-employed.

Some sort of combination of dirt and ugliness (i.e. prisons) with legitimate, normal, public-policy work.

In short, EXACTLY what I do now.

Re: What kind of environment would you THRIVE in?

Ive always thought Id be my best in a place like the rain forest! I know it sounds crazy but sometimes I have so much energy and I picture myself running around exploring and jumping off waterfalls and just being soooo happy and free. Kinda like the jungle boy lol.

Re: What kind of environment would you THRIVE in?

Exactly. Been doing lots of research and working towards using feng shui in my small one bed room apt. I don't understand either why people are so discontent with their lives. My coworkers are constantly complaining about the same things everyday for the last 2 years that I have worked there. But they do nothing actively to change their situation. The way I see it someone not constantly reaching to better themselves is stagnant. Stagnant energy(chi) is toxic and can fill up an entire room. The only way to escape is to no longer be present in that room

Re: What kind of environment would you THRIVE in?

- Somewhere with constant stimulation, never a dull moment. I need a very fast-paced, energetic environment or I get bored fast!
- An environment with lots of other people who are friendly and fun, people I like and can collaborate effectively with.
- A goal-oriented environment that has specific deadlines and tasks to push towards. Unlike many with ADHD, I actually tend to perform better when I'm working on time-limited, goal-oriented projects, rather than having no deadline. The pressure kicks me into gear!
- Somewhere that I could be inside or outside, depending on what was happening.
- An environment in which we all have the same passion for the job we're doing, a place where our efforts help other people live better lives and we can see the positive results of our work.
- Somewhere that is accepting and embracing of all people, no exceptions. Somewhere that everyone can feel free to be themselves and, freed from the anxiety of having to conform or "fit in", can experiment and create to their fullest potential.

A giant jungle gym, with a fighting octagon, some kind of nest area, a mini bar...and a home office for arranging...stuff...work maximum of 3.5 hours a day, the rest filled with activity...
