Hello.
I found this website while searching the Internet for information on adult ADD. I thought I had out grown ADD, but it seems it was there all along. I am now trying to overcome the everyday challenges that come with ADD. I hope to pick your brains for nuggets of knowledge and hope and occasionally get things off my chest. Anyway, nice to meet you all.
