well its like my 6th week on it and for the last 6 weeks i have been taking Strattera 10mg in morning and afternoon


took 25mg today and i feel like doing nothing,i cant focus or anything,i just feel like nothing...but super relaxed...

will this change orrr?.

OH AND PLS IF U KNOW,
I was on ritalin for 2 and a half years (loved it) got a new doctor he was jelly of me because i got to take ritalin he took me of that and put me on ****ing rispdal for 2 weeks then i got new doctor and she put me on Strattera ,


if Strattera does not work do u think she will put me on something that increses my dopeamine like ritalin,conerta?.

25 mg is not even the recommended starter dose. Go up to 40, then 60, then 80. For 2 weeks/level every time. Then figure out if it works.

At 25 mg it worked for like... a week for me? Such a small dose.

20mgs is nothing.. I started at 40mg went up to 80mgs and was on Strattera for about a month before I called it quits due to excessive agitation and minimal ADD benefits.

Ask your pdoc to reevaluate the dosage and boost you up over the next few weeks perhaps. If that doesn't show any signs of improvement of your symptoms they lokk into another medication.

What is "he was jelly of me"? Jealous? Why would the doc be jealous? What's going o n in here? Where am I?

Anyway, I started Strattera on small doses also. I don't know why. Now on 40mg. And it works for me.

It worked for me at 25mg and then my doc upped to 40mg and all the benefits are gone (been on 40mg for a month now)... similar to your experience?

My family is full of adults with ADD and I have taken Strattera, along with 2 adult sons. We all agree that it did nothing for our ADD symptoms. In fact, I felt like I needed a nap a couple of times during the day and just felt horrible. I agreed to try Strattera but was not able to continue after a couple of months. I wanted to stop after a month, but gave it another month to be sure. I was CERTAIN it was not for me!

I started Strat 2 weeks ago (40mg) and have so far noticed nothing except fatigue and an increased need to pee. No increase in focus or motivation whatsoever (although it doesn't help that I do tedious and dull work).

Wow. Im on a child dose of strattera, the 10Mg and I have all the zombie symptoms. I have a really low tolerance tho. Gah...

yeah, they tried me on 18 mg starter pack for teens of Straterra to start. The first 3 days I felt terrible, then I came across the Straterra dosing chart, age/weight appropriate. It says I'm supposed to start at 40, so I started taking 40 and it has worked wonders for me. This was about a month ago.
