Feel Frustrated from the TIME I WAKE UP
hI, So I wad diagosed several years ago. I'm 35, and still trying to find the right meds in combo with counseling, support groups............I've tried it all. The next thing is going to be welbutrin xl because I feel so down and frustrated and anxious from the time I wake up. Trying to combat the mood then tackle the add I suppose. I feel irritated pretty much all the time. My head just doesn't turn off. I owe 40 dollars in late fees to the library, today I received a picture of myself and my car in the mail with a ticket attached. And my husband doesn't understand why I can't just put stuff away............................and he's totally organized. Wow I just read my post and it made me laugh. I'm really feeling sorry for myself today. Thanks for understanding you beautiful add family.

I know it's tough to find the right treatment. Even tougher if you're dealing with anxiety and depression.
I hope you can get it sorted soon.

here is what i do everyday morning...
sit down.....keep quiet......listen to a meditative type of music such as this one forget about everything.....be at your own peace......
