social anxiety
Hi everyone I'am new here i wish to tell you all what a relief to read stories of other suffers as you dont feel alone and that there is hope at the end of the tunnel thank you all because you changed a bit my day . I am ocd suffere but for about a year and a half i been suffering with social anxiety it dose'nt happen with everyone it happens alot with friends aspecially from the past, i meeting them out side and i get a panic attack and after i won't be able to return to the shop it creats me alot of anger and sadness. yesterday i had a party which i wanted to go my anxiety was really high it took me nearly through half the party time to relax and start to talk to some friend all happy to see me and ask me to meet again after i went home at night all night reminising about the people and the anxiety i will have if i see them again i am tired of this i feel drained thinking and worrying who am i go to see anyone can help |

Hi Jenneve,
Some effective tips for you to fight depression. Share your problems with your family and pals, Do take deep breath in fresh air, Do start some light exercise like yoga, Eat a well balanced diet, Drink 2-3 glass of water, Avoid caffeine and other stimulants, If you do not eat well take multivitamin regularly, Avoid or limit alcohol consumption.

hi there thank you all for your reply i been seeing a
psychologist for a couple of weeks and i been on 20 mg seroxat for many years which i don't feel they are doing anything and my doctor don't really encourages anxiety meds but this is really putting me down having to have a panic when meeting some and then spend the day wondering why . |
