Trigger point......shoulder. OW.
Ok, no real point except to say holy crap I hurt. Ow, ow, ow, ow, ow !!!!!! I wish I had more arms so I could learn trigger point therapy and practice it on myself.
OUCH I wish sometimes I could just cut out the parts that hurt ..oh I do have a question. Anyone have spouses that have learned massage techniques? Or even cared to try? Curious...

Have you ever tried remote trigger point therapy guessing I'm about 1700 miles away
