Pressures of modern life
Modern living has a lot to answer for. More pressure, more expectation, less time.
Everything has to be bigger, better, faster, quicker and just like the computers that are driving our lives, human minds can crash and need resting and re-setting. One in four people experience some kind of mental health problem every year and in the UK one third of all sick days taken are for stress, anxiety and depression, costing us around £93bn.
