Exclamation Help! What is happening to me!

Ok. I will try write this as best as I can in this state.

I am not on any meds and have not been for 10 years. I am going for a retest so I can get some stimulant based meds because for some reason I have been craving Ritalin even though I have not taken it in 10 years.

The last 3 days I have been feeling like I have had a lot of energy and have been rocking moving around which I have not done since I was a child.

It's been building up now today I feel VERY STRANGE.

I can't stop moving I feel very restless I been rolling on the for being really retard jumping around making random noise and I really wanted to climb this tree and almost did.

Its not a good feeling I feel like I am about to have a hart attack or go insane or something.

I am very very sweaty and I am starting to feel a bit of panic about this strange thing happening randomly.

Some random moments for about 15 seconds I feel like I am going to just drop off to sleep then BLAME! I feel like I being feed pure energy.

I am very very very unfocused and feel a bit "out of it"

What should I do? Is this something I should worry about? It is very uncomfortable and my sleep pattern is everywhere but that is normal for me.

I want it to stop!

I can't even snuff it out with cannabis as there is none around to me at the moment and I this may have started when I stopped smoking daily which I had been for about 3 weeks.

I hadn't smoked ciggys today and just smoked one now but it tasted disgusting and I didn't want to finish it.

I am feeling a little more calmed after it though...

Also I have not drunken caffeine today because I shouldn't 5 days before the test...

I feel like I want to be in the mental hospital just so if I do have a hart attack or go insane some is there to save me.

WTF is happening to me.

Re: Help! What is happening to me!

Ok...

I am rocking with my hands tapping the sides of my head making monkey sounds.

I am going to try smoke the rest of that ciggy... I still feel out of control hypo but now starting to feel tired at the same time.

Has this happened to people before? I did hear of something called "ADHD psychosis" where randomly someone ADHD goes to psychotic levels for a while...

Re: Help! What is happening to me!

It could be withdrawal from the nicotene. I'd call you're doctor and explain the situation.

Re: Help! What is happening to me!

Theres no such thing as "ADHD psychosis". Theres "Stimulant psychosis", but you aren't on any stimulants.

You sound very Bipolar to me. Extreme lows to extreme highs. I'm no professional in the matter, but I think you need to see one ASAP.

I have not had meds for 10 years. I am in the process of getting some.

I never feel like this though.. This feel worse then how I was when I was a child.

Back then though I use to go into the forest and walk like 2kms and back... pretty crazy for an 9 year old to do alone...

No. No. If that is the case I wouldn't bother living any more **** being Bi poplar.

Anyway Bi poplar lows and highs don't go day by day. Mine go hour by hour... normally but I have never felt hypo like this.

WRONG WOW THAT REALLY GOT ME ANGRY AND I DON'T KNOW WHY.

I AM NOT BI POPLAR.

Maybe psychotic depression? Not everyone ends up with hallucinations and delusions.

.... mmm after that ciggy I am starting to feel myself again.

Just found this "Nicotine Withdrawal Effects Differ in ADHD"

Bi-polar can alter your moods within any time frame. That time frame can vary between hours/days/weeks and sometimes even months.

I'm not saying that you are bi-polar (i'm not qualified to do that). But the way you're describing your behaviours closes resembles bi-polar.

Bipolar disorder can start really at any time in your life. It can start in children, in adolescence, in adults and in older adults. And depending on when the illness starts, the symptoms could be different. In children, in the young children, the illness starts slowly.

And, sometimes it involves changes in mood and irritability, and aggression, and changes in attention and difficult behavior. Mood swings can happen several times during the day.
I AM AND WILL NOT EVER TAKE MEDS IF I AM.

I AM NOT PUTTING LITHIUM IN MY BODY THAT IS NOT EVEN UNDERSTOOD HOW IT WORKS.

Great why do I get the feeling if I get diagnosed with that instead of ADHD I am ether going to be take away and locked up...

Or the government will claim it is unsafe for me to see or parent my child...

Or mental health workers will come to my house everyday and try force meds down me.

Bi poplar person here randomly drove his car into police and another car killed two people...

I don't wanna be like that.

Re: Help! What is happening to me!

I am also unmedicated and constantly fidgeting/moving/wriggling. I do have times of high hyperactivity that has made me do stupid immature things, like climbing upside down on the couch, banging my legs on the wall, singing at a really high pitch at the top of my lungs with the occasional fits of laughter in between. I have always been strange like this but people have always just seen me as the class clown, I also amuse myself enough not to care much if I'm entertaining others or not. I do try to calm myself down to a more acceptable level but I have to actually realise that my behaviour is a little bit over the top first, something my fiancé loves to point out. Im always really really fidgety though, I don't think my feet EVER stop moving and i wear my jaw out by clicking it over and over. strangely Im usually so unaware that I'm even doing it, my fiancé calls me fidgy as a joke, usually when I'm kicking him without even noticing.
Sometimes I can manage to stop the super hyperactivity relatively quickly, but other times I just have to let it run it's course and enjoy it. If I didn't laugh at myself I would feel like I needed to jump out of my skin, i used to react to it this way and it made me feel really frustrated and angry, so I just learnt to let myself be me.

I would speak with a doctor though, especially if it's a really sudden big change, I've always been like this, I just grew up and it no longer became normal behaviour anymore.

Re: Help! What is happening to me!

Just asked my partner if she saw any symptoms in me she said yes but thought she was worse.

Both took one of those crappy online test. I scored psychotic depression which was not Bi poplar but on the spectrum.

She scored very very high at which point I knew it was complete BS because she is very sociable normal person who everyone would regard as an example of sanity.

Though she can seem quite Bi poplar at home lol but women are always moody anyway.

I actually feel much more calm after nicotine about to disregard test recommendations and drink lots of coffee like I normally do.

Re: Help! What is happening to me!

Well that's probably part of the problem. If you normally drink a lot of coffee, and have stopped, you could be having nicotine withdrawls. Nicotine is a stimulant. A legal one that anybody can have. It can do the same to you as any other stimulant.

I danced to hard out psytrance for like 2 hours nad crazy Euphoria and racing thoughts ( I get racing thoughts normally anyway )... then I felt very very tired and fell asleep.

Woke up today feeling just normal... though I think I am starting to feel that I am coming up again...

I think it's because I found a new house and lots of things getting me down are now going to be fine and I talked to my aunty about how I've been.

I swear it was a stronger then any drugs I have had...

but this did happen once on my second LSD trip... I didn't trip but I did sit by a fire going "I ammm so happpyyy what a good buzz" all night.

EDIT: I am soooooo tired and dizzy right now going to get my blood sugar checked because I remember I drunk a 2.5L of fanta that night...

Re: Help! What is happening to me!

I get this way when I do strength training.

Maybe it's withdrawals if it started to happen around the time you went off caffeine/ nicotine.
