9% of children between the ages of 5-17 have been diagnosed with AD/HD.
In my opinion our disorder is too often diagnosed when in some youth it could definitely be something else, whether it is behavioral or functional. I also think that our disorder is so often diagnosed that it minimizes the seriousness that some of us have with our thought procession. So what do you guys think? What percentage of people do you think TRULY have ADD or ADHD? And do you think that it's overdiagnosed or not? I'm excited to hear other perspectives ![]() |
