Has anyone experienced 'depressive crash' or panic attacks on Adderall or Ritalin?

I posted something similar in another area but wanted specific feedback from people who take Adderall or Ritalin. Just wondering if any had these experience with these stimulants, as I had a nightmare of a time with Vyvanse.

I am taking Straterra now, helps a ton but I still can't focus on anything that is not interesting to me. ( I'm the Inattentive type) I am afraid to try another stimulant after the horrible experience with vyvanse.

Thanks.

They are all different and all you can do is try them and see what happens. I had a really adverse reaction to Ritalin: I wouldn't call it a crash or a panic-attack but I would put it on the same exact level of negative reaction. I quite literally felt like I was walking around in an empty shell of a body, as if I was only partially in this world. My thinking and my actions were slowed significantly and my words echoed as if I was in a cave or something. Everything was delayed and I was aware of it but couldn't do anything about it.

I did.

Some doctors will give you an IR to take at the end of the day to help avoid the "crash".

I had increased panic attacks while on Concerta, but considering I'd had them previous to the medications, I'm not sure if it was an amplified side effect or just that I was insanely stressed out.
