Lol, I took Ritalin from 4th-7th grade and HATED it. Personally I feel Ritalin is more for the people AROUND the ADHDer instead of the actual ADHDer. I mean it made me slow down and clam down and listen more but it made me think slower and act slower and feel stupider just in general and I think the alternatives to Ritalin are way better so if you can try one of them such as Stratera, but for me I just learned to control my ADHD so I don't have to deal with any of that crap. Anyways just thought I should post my opinion...

That is interesting, my son takes it and it doesn't seem to make him slow at all!!!! LOL
