@pudge72 You're doing the right thing, slowly tapering down although I'd go even slower...maybe decrease by 2.5 mg every three days and stay there for 2-3 days. Things that will help to ease the withdrawal:
l-tyrosine (amino acid) 500mg two or three times/day on an empty stomach. Helps your body to produce epinephrine, norepi and dopamine. It's very effective, I'm using the n-acetyl version because it seems to work better with less, but the l-tyrosine is good enough and cheap.
l-theanine (suntheanine) 200-400mg/day on empty stomach, helps with any agitation or feeling hyper. Also helps with serotonin/dopamine production
I assume you already take a good multi-vitamin and eat healthy diet with no sugars.
Also, fish oil EPA/DPA 2-4 grams/day is very good for the brain.
