How many tabs do you usually have open on your internet browser?

I asked this question on yahoo answers and most people answered with 10 or less. And I have about 75 open and I'm wondering how many you guys have open? 45-65 is average for me. Thankfully I have 8GB of RAM and my computer is only 7 months old, so it can handle this. So, how many tabs do you usually have open? How many do you have right now?

Yeah, I was at that point once... If you have a Mac, try using QuietRead. It's kind of like a read later" app. Or you can actually get "Read It Later" too haha. I'm a minimalist, and it gets so frustrating when my tabs just keep stacking up and up. I'll clean it up once in forever, then it just builds up again.

I've had 80-100 open at a time. Last night I closed several tabs so I could watch Netflix, and my Netflix watching has mandated routine pruning. If I don't the video pauses every few seconds.

about ten windows out of which about five windows are browsers, each with five six tabs. So that would make it about thirty tabs? My desktop is a mess too.

Generally two or three windows with 5-10 tabs. I don't like it when I can't see the tabs on my screen anymore, so if I'm about to open even more tabs, I go through my older tabs and bookmark/close, close, leave until I can see all of the tabs of a window again. (My bookmarks are a holy mess btw.)
Plus three to five other programs.
(Currently only two instances of irfanview with manga plus itunes, I just came home. )

It depends, anywhere from 5 to 50. I think I've had 70 at a time occasionally, but generally I would say at least 20 spread among a couple windows.

Woah! I lose my mind if I have more than a few open at a time. I've been trying to bookmark things I want to go back to later. Now I just have to remember to ever look at my bookmarks.

At the moment, twelve (in two windows).
I'd say that is on the low end for me. I tend to range from 10-30 with maybe four windows. Usually just Chrome, but sometimes I have firefox and/or safari open as well. I use Firefox when I don't want to be "watched" by big brother and Safari when I work with online accounts.

When I'm researching something, it can jump to about 50 but then my computer starts to lag (4GB). When it gets bad enough, I'll start to drag bookmarks to a "read later" folder... but I seldom ever go back to those. LOL

70 tabs? I don't even know 70 websites. Ha ha. I guess I average around 4 most of the time. I guess it's a bit more when I first open my browser and see what's new from different websites, but probably usually less than 10.

20 or 30, depending on how many cool/interesting things I want to get back to later. I have to go on a purge every once in a while and close some stuff out.

Onless I also have the other computer on.

Depends.

I'm usually actively working on 2-3 things at once. However, a lot of these are forums and such. From there I open individual threads and go through them one at a time. So my attention may be on addforums and thus I'll go through things one tab at a time. Closing them as I catch up on the thread.

I suppose I've had 6+ different things open before though.
