Well, it depends on what I'm doing and the time of year. If I answered this a month ago, it would have been
1 green smoothies, 2 salads, 3 water, and 4 caffeine. Now it's pretty much 1 coffee and 2 Snickers bars. Literally. I make food for my kids and husband, but I don't have time to sit down and eat. I started my cup of coffee today at 7 and finally finished it at 11, after an unexpected guest left. I actually ate a couple of eggs that I fried after making the kids their lunch, and then I had some peanuts. It's four thirty. Shoot...it's four thirty! I gotta go.

1. Caffeine (tea, coke, or coffee, take your pick)
2. Pasta 3. Cheese 4. Chocolate It surprises me how many smokers we have on the forum. Maybe it's a generational thing, I don't know, but I'm in my 20s and only know a small handful of people who smoke. The vast majority of my friends and family are like me, not smokers and never have been.
