Since quitting meds... all is falling apart

Since I quit my meds one month ago I am simply unable to write my thoughts. Not a second patience. Horrible.

I'm getting more and more depressed because I just didn't notice the gravity of my symptoms when medicated. The difference is either a fallback or some kind of awakening.

Constipation was the major issue, it got me frustrated, but this get's me so so so much worse and depressed ! I'm actually facing depression for the first time in my life !

Every project is failing, missing, expect manual art and music. The band is what's still running. Miss deadlines, procrastinate until too late... I can't handle it all at once all this sudden. No more structure at all... I'm considering refacing constipation...


The worst is this message typing is a massive deployment of me, I have to constantly push to keep writing ... I am a singer, and orally person (in sex can be fun)

yeah thats difficult sweety ..i wonder whether being on them with the physical side effects is better than the massive assault on your mental health your getting at the minute, can you get a gastric emptier like domperidone or some fybogel to help you...lactulose as a temporary measure ? xxx

Great tips... yeah maybe. Doctors gave me loads of meds, I could in fact start my own pharmacy . DO you use those ?

no i havent had too much trouble in that area luckily did he/she give you anything for the *cough* motions....

Magnesium supplements for many will keep this side effect in check while for me personally it assist in the nervous, restless feelings as well.

I take 600mg Mg Citrate every night to keep things moving. If that doesn't help...there's always Senna capsules or Curcumin

Wouldn't that just neutralize me ? Friend in the Netherlands felt emotionally dead when on those kind of meds

If at the end of this year I still haven't managed to organize my life... 6 months constipation isn't THAT abusive... I'll change my wardrobe though, I might gonna need larger clothes x)

i would take some laxatives have a total clear out in th first instance, eat a bunch of fibre with your meds and start using fybogels and lactulose then try again ^_^
fruit juice makes me lay cable also, i would try this approach perhaps

apple sauce or apple juice help kids when they are constipated.... fiber helps too....

another thing you could try is ground flaX seeds. It's extremely high in fibre and also has got lots of omega 3. But don't forget to drink enough of water or the increased fibre content is just going to make you more constipated
