Concerta Help Wanted

I was on the concerta 54mg for about 2 weeks and then decided to go off the med to see what's the difference. My fall semester I was on the ritalin la40 plus 10-20mg in the evening and the la 40 just lasted 6 hours for me. Anyway, my fall semeseter i ended up getting a 1.92:-( that is so totally not something that Iw as going to get in my head. Anyway, mypoint is the concerta that I was on after college finished has had some weird side effects such as
-Dry Mouth this time it's a lot!!!as compared to the la40(but too much of a up and down in la40 when it wears off)
-Zombie type nature just being quiet all the time, when i set out to do some work i kinda adapted a depressive attitude however i did have everything in my hand for the job and didn't need to go bakc or worry that I forgot something.
-Also, the intial 3hours after taking the concerta in the morning i feel like sleeping until i added the 10mg ritalin(generic) on one morning adn was awake for about 45mins or rather more alert for that much time. Also, when i was sleepy during the mornign 3 hours after taking the concerta I kinda when told that something urgent like the stove is on fire all my senses wud kick in otherwise i would not be able to take myself out of that sleepy phase.
Basically these three now I've realised these symptoms after deciding to go off the concerta and now i feel like my totally old self pre ritalin age type myself again. Now, I'm creative in replying to answers at the same time also lazy. I'm taking way longer in organizing my table as opposed to being on the ritalin or the concerta.
I hope somebody can help me with what i've typed.

You mention being depressed on Concerta. Many take Wellbutrin with Concerta because it is an antidepressant that raises dopamine, which Concerta/Ritallin work with but in a different way. Those two might work great for you. Also exercise and get a good night sleep, because lack of either reduces dopamine and other important brain chemicals, like seratonin.
