Concerta would work well after several days . . .

When I would start back on Concerta, I would feel cloudy and a little spun out, over talkative. I would suffer this and after perhaps three days, the medication would work properly. I told my doctor about this and he switched me to adderall, which is giving me similar spun out effects (even though I am at only 10 mg's). My plan is to try Straterra, even though it seems like there are more negative stories than positive. If all fails, I will once again try Concerta and see if I can get it working properly, any ideas . . .
